- Sold direct by Zinwa, which ships worldwide free by air freight with unstated exceptions. India has been one of them. In December 2025 Zinwa canceled and refunded every Indian order, because a hand-assembled device cannot get the Bureau of Indian Standards certification India requires on imported handsets. Outside China you pay your own customs, duties and VAT.

Notes
Zinwa's own graphic says the SIM tray has to be prised out at an angle rather than pushed straight in, because forcing it damages the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS part of the board. The community setup guide only gets banking apps, Google Pay and RCS working after the bootloader is unlocked and the phone is rooted, which suggests the stock build does not pass Play Integrity.
